Pursuant to Nebraska State Statute §23-107.01, notice is hereby given that a hearing on review and modification of current leases and new leases at the Mortensen Site will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in the County Board meeting room of the Valley County Courthouse in Ord, Nebraska.  The legal descriptions of the Mortensen Site are: part of the North Half of section 8, township 19, range 14; Lots 1-4 Block A of the Mortensen Industrial Site 1^st Subdivision; Lots 1-2 Block B of the Mortensen Industrial Site 2^nd Subdivision; Lots 1-2 Block C of the Mortensen Industrial Site 3^rd Subdivision; and Lots 1-4 of the Mortensen Industrial Site 4^th Subdivision; all located in the north half of section 8, township 19, range 14 of Valley County, Nebraska.  The hearing is open to the public.  The agenda for each hearing is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Valley County Courthouse, Ord, Nebraska.
