Public notice is hereby given that Valley County, Nebraska, invites sealed bids for the purchase of Nebraska Tax Credits. Valley County has a total of $152,461 in available Nebraska Tax Credits to be bid on. Sealed bids will be received by the Valley County Clerk, 125 S 15th St, Suite 202, County Courthouse, Ord, NE 68862 until 5pm local time on February 20, 2026. Sealed bids will then be publicly opened and real aloud at a special hearing during the board meeting at 9:45am on February 24, 2026. Bids shall be submitted and questions shall be directed to: Ms. KeShara Poland, County Clerk, 125 S 15th St, Suite 202, Ord, NE 68862, (308)728-3700. Bids shall be submitted with dollar amount of Nebraska Tax Credits bidding on, sealed, and marked with bidder contact information. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, hold bids for 30 days, and select most beneficial bid(s).
