Notice is hereby given that a hearing for conditional use permit regarding the construction and operation of a kennel will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in the County Board meeting room of the Valley County Courthouse in Ord, Nebraska. The proposed kennel would be located in a tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 35, Township 19 North, Range 15 West of the 6th PM, Valley County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence on an assigned bearing of North 00°06’20” East on the westerly line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) a distance of 1826.00 feet; thence South 81°55’01” East a distance of 244.00 feet; thence South 00°06’20” West a distance of 1790.90 feet to the southerly line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence South 89°48’42” West on said southerly section line a distance of 241.64 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing a calculated area of 10.03 Acres, more or less.
