NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS OF VALLEY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meetings of the Valley County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular meeting on the second and last Tuesday of each month at 9:00am, unless there is a holiday, then the meeting will be held on the next day of business at 9:00am in the supervisors’ room of the Valley County Courthouse, Ord, Nebraska. The method designated by the Valley County Board to provide reasonable advance publicized notice will be published in the Quiz and/or Grand Island Independent Newspapers. In case of refusal, neglect, or inability of the newspaper to publish the notice, the Valley County Board will (i) post such notice on its website: valleycounty.ne.gov, (ii) request the newspaper submit a post on a statewide website, if available, established and maintained as a repository for such notices by a majority of Nebraska newspapers, and (iii) post such notice in a conspicuous public place in such County’s jurisdiction. The meetings are open to the public. The agenda for each meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Valley County Courthouse, Ord, Nebraska.

Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meetings of the Valley County Board of Equalization will hold its regular meeting on the second and last Tuesday of each month at 9:30am, unless there is a holiday, then the meeting will be held on the next day of business at 9:30am in the supervisors’ room of the Valley County Courthouse, Ord, Nebraska. The method designated by the Valley County Board to provide reasonable advance publicized notice will be published in the Quiz and/or Grand Island Independent Newspapers.
