Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Valley County Board of Supervisors will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 9:00am, in the Supervisors’ meeting room, second floor, of the Valley County Courthouse, Ord, Nebraska, which meeting is open to the public.  The special meeting will be held to set the tax levy, hold a public hearing for, and approve the budget for fiscal year 2026-2027.  The board reserves the right to go into executive session during the special meeting.  An agenda for the special meeting, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Valley County Clerk, however, the board upon convening shall have the right to modify the agenda as allowed by law.
